Ingredients of Chilly Prawn
- It’s 200 gm of tiger Prawn washed, cleaned and deveined.
- Prepare 2tsp of Fresh thick curd…..
- It’s 1tsp of Ginger garlic paste…..
- It’s 1/2tsp of Red chilly powder……
- You need 1/3tsp of Jeera powder……
- You need 1/3tsp of Turmeric powder….
- You need .1/2tsp of Chat masala……
- It’s 1tsp of Powdered Kasoori methi……
- You need 1tsp of Maida…..
- Prepare 2tsp of Corn starch…..
- Prepare tsp of Salt…1/2.
- Prepare 1 of Large onion squarely cut in 1 inch size.
- Prepare of Medium green capsicum cut like onion.
- You need 2 tsp of Chopped garlic.
- You need 2 of green chilly silt length wise.
- Prepare 1tsp of Red chilly sauce…..
- Prepare 1tsp of Soya sauce…..
- Prepare 1tbsp of Tomato sauce…..
- Prepare tsp of Garam masala….1/3.
- It’s 2-3 tbsp of refined oil to fry and cook.
Chilly Prawn step by step
- Take a nonstick pan. Heat oil. Shallow fry the marinated prawns from both the sides till golden brown in low medium flame..
- Remove prawns from the pan….to the same oil add chopped garlic and green chilly…Fry for 1 min…
- Add chopped onion and capsicum…. again fry for 1 min…
- Add all sauces, masalas, fried prawns and salt…mix nicely and cook for 1 min to keep the crunchiness intact.
